Installation:
- Install the game.
- Extract the C-BDL99.COM file from the archive to the game directory.
- Execute the patch to remove the CD-Check.
- Play the Game!

CD-Copy:
- Copy the full contents of the CD to Harddisk.
- Extract the EXTERMINATE!.EXE file from the archive to the game directory.
- Execute the patch to remove the CD-Check from: BL99FN.EXE
- Remove the patch from the game directory.
- Burn the contents back to a CD-R with this CD-Label: BL99FM
Installation:
- Install the game.
- Extract the following file from the archive to the game directory: EXTERMINATE!.EXE
- Execute the patch to remove the CD-Check from: BL99FN.EXE
- Play the Game!
