CD-Copy Instructions:
- Create the following temporary directories:
- Copy the full contents of the original CD to TempDir#1 except for these files:
- 01.rsc
- cd.idx
- Bitpool.rsc
- Create a Mode-1 CD-Image and burn the contents of TempDir#1 to a CD-R using the same CD-Label as the original CD.
