| ScAEvoLa's PatchEngine is a GUI-based patch engine which compares two files and creates a Windows 9x/ME/3.51/NT/2K compatible GUI-based standalone patch/executable. No runtime libraries are needed for the engine and the patch itself is very small (minimal 4 KB in size). |
